Utilising MTO Capabilities for Middlesex CCC
In 2019, we were tasked with setting up and running an ecommerce platform for Middlesex Cricket club in partnership with Nike.
The majority of the product range is bespoke, made to order (MTO) Nike kit. Our dedicated account manager uses previous sales data to forecast future stock orders for the following season.
Covering Every Aspect of Online Retail
We help ensure replica match and training products are available directly to the consumers for quick easy online purchase, and then our picking and shipping teams will then ensure that each order is delivered in a timely and orderly fashion.
We also provide post-sales care with order tracking, live customer support functions and hassle-free returns.
Additional Services
Alongside retail, we also run the distribution for the Middlesex CAGs (County Age Group Squads) through a hidden online portal. Once selected, players/parents are provided with a password protected link to order their kit online.
Our in house marketing team assisted with player shoots for launch campaigns as well as full model product imagery for the entire range each season.
